Asha & Co is a community that promotes mental wellness through cooking, art and community gatherings.
Founded in 2015 and based in Singapore, our community creates safe spaces for like minded individuals with a variety of skills, interests and experiences to gather and exchange ideas, create new ideas, build a healthy support system while exploring our greater potential.
The 21st century woman has now more hats to wear than ever, and we know it can get overwhelming. Our hectic fast paced lives have moved us to delve deeper into understanding our purpose and to be connected with what brings us fulfillment in our lives; and we achieve this through mindful practices.
We are dedicated in serving our community of women whom we lovingly acknowledge them as our #growthwarriors; equipping and inspiring you with the knowledge and tools to living a life that embraces growth in your every day, one step at a time; mindfully and purposefully.
