Getting betrayed by someone you care about is incredibly painful and traumatic. Whether you are betrayed by a friend, partner or family member, feeling like a bond of trust is broken can leave you feeling devastated and hesitant to trust and forgive yourself and others. It can also led to anxiety , depression, bitterness and resentment. Betrayal also can make you feel like your self confidence and control has been stripped away from you. In this session, we will collectively discuss and contribute into finding sustainable ways to recovering from betrayal. Whether you are already on the road of healing or have no clue where to start, come and join us in this safe space of support on your healing journey.
