All our soul sessions are thoughtfully crafted to allow you to be in touch with your senses and meet other like minded individuals in a healthy and safe environment. Be it cooking, art or our community gatherings, we encourage and guide you to be present and reconnect with your inner self so that you may experience the simple joys of cooking with our hearts, creating art with our hands and appreciating good positive conversations.

We also want to make practicing mental wellness accessible to you, wherever you are. We do this by sharing our reflections, well loved recipes and crafts through our weekly Sunday Pause Letters that are sent to your inbox every Sunday morning.
