HOW WE DO IT
All our soul sessions are thoughtfully crafted to allow you to be in touch with your senses and meet other like minded individuals in a healthy and safe environment. Be it cooking, art or our community gatherings, we encourage and guide you to be present and reconnect with your inner self so that you may experience the simple joys of cooking with our hearts, creating art with our hands and appreciating good positive conversations.
We are supporters of women going through recovery from trauma, mental illness. We provide 1-1 peer support and mentoring for women who are living in recovery.
We also want to make practicing mental wellness accessible to you, wherever you are. Every Sunday, we send letters to our Sunday Pause subscribers. Written from the heart are raw reflections, favourite recipes and crafts that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
