In this session, we will explore floral paper crafting with fellow growth warrior and crafter, Aliyah Thahirah.
Spend a relaxing morning tuning in to your own creative process while learning techniques and how to pick suitable materials for paper crafting. Learn to make 2 types of flowers and 1 leaf for yourself or as a gift for someone you love.
Homemade light bites will accompany you and at the end, we will have a facilitated intimate sharing circle to share our reflections and creations.
Our Communal Creative Sessions stem from a deep belief that creativity is fundamental to human health and well-being, thus sessions are designed with an intention that may be enlightening, invigorating, deeply moving, playful, fun and cathartic. Join us and experience creating in a safe, critic free environment that focuses on mindfulness, creative permission and the act of spontaneous expression.
This session is beginner friendly.*
About Aliyah Thahirah:
Crafting professionally since 2015, Aliyah Thahirah knows no boundaries when it comes to creating with her hands. Her proudest moments include creating for Chanel’s window installation and Changi Airport’s Terminal 4 Paper Installation. She believes that crafting allows her to express authentically and hone her creativity.
When Aliyah is not crafting, she runs her own Henna business, Ally Artistry, serving bride-to-be’s and their loved ones with intricate and unique henna designs.
